Refund policy

Returns

Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Certain health and personal care items

Items marked as "Final Sale"

 

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or an item of equal value.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
